I already put these pictures on Facebook and they almost instantly went viral all over the world: What happens if you want the fastest 125cc with the best handling chassis? Well - this is what a friend of mine had in mind when he started his project to build this latest AF. He already has 3 (!!) 125cc AFs from Service Honda and one CR 250 AF from italian specialist Maurizio Piotto which he used himself.

She got swiss champion 2014&2015 and is one of only a few still using a twostroke in the swiss championships. So far they used highly modified HPP engines with 144cc but the new '16 KTM powerplant is just faster.
Plain and simple. Although he too is a die-hard Honda rider it was decided to do the unthinkable: A austrian powerplant in a japanese chassis! Anyway - we found a young italian engineer capable of doing the transplant as this was not just as 'easy' as usual. This engine is much wider in the back so the swingarm needed to be modified as well as the complete lower section of the main frame. Here's a few pics that show you the build of this ultimate small-bore: It all started by getting a brandnew 125cc engine from KTM.
Difficult to get but he got it. On the scale it showed to be almost 2 kilos lighter than a HPP engine: Cutting a nice 2015 CRF 450 chassis in half. This 450 had only done 16 hours.
