Driver’s Licensing New Drivers The first step to obtaining your drivers license is your knowledge (learner’s) test, the minimum age requirement is 14. Individuals under 18 must come in with a parent or legal guardian. The knowledge test consists of 30 questions multiple choice, and is done on computer in office.
